Consider it if assorted glass storage sizes fit your routine. Skip the full set if a few containers you already own do the job. The material change is in the container body; the lids remain plastic.
Pyrex permits specified microwave use for its plastic lids, while prohibiting conventional-oven use. Follow the instructions for the actual container and lid, including ventilation and glass-temperature precautions. We do not replace those instructions with a blanket rule about all glassware.
We have not measured particle release, drop resistance, leak performance or long-term durability. The linked documents support the listed specifications and care requirements; they do not establish a health benefit from buying this set.
